In celebration of International Women's Day 2024, ADAPT produced an interview series of six women's journey through the tech industry. Bravo @ADAPT and thank you!

Such an enjoyable experience talking with Byron Connolly who I have known for many years, and who expertly guided the discussion.

Starting out before the Internet was a thing in government; recounting the bombing of the National Crime Authority and my role leading the intelligence team in the organised crime task force; reflecting on the early 2000’s when there were many phenomenal women around the top tech table in Canberra - a time when the digital infrastructure of government was being put in place, with no stuff ups; how mentors are a mesh that run through your career; questioning targets; inclusion and innovation driving systemic change; and adapting to life challenges which will inevitably come. Above all, be positive.
